Will I receive a confirmation after I order?
Yes! Shortly after placing your order you will receive a confirmation via email with all your order details.

Do you ship World wide?
Yes, Absolutely! We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. You will not be charged for shipping at checkout and will be able to track your order at any time. If on the rare occasion that we do not ship to your location, we will notify you in real time at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@noonchimade.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
